Great stay! Right across the street from beach access and a still get a small view of the ocean, it’s such a beautiful house! Great location. House was clean and Dan had great communication.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at The Sparrow’s Nest in Port St. Joe. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless the home was and how beautifully designed every space felt. It truly has the feel of a luxury beach retreat while still being warm, comfortable, and welcoming for a family stay.
The location could not have been better. Being gulf front with gorgeous ocean views and a short walk to the beach made every day feel effortless and relaxing. We especially loved the privacy of the setting, which made it feel like a peaceful escape while still being close to everything we needed.
The home was perfect for our family trip with teens and our dog. Everyone had space to unwind, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to slow down and enjoy time together.
The host was responsive, helpful, and great to work with throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.

We enjoyed a weekend stay here recently. The house was very nice, new and clean. The outside areas with pool, multiple seating areas, beach equipment and quiet beautiful beach were excellent. Dan was very responsive to our questions.

We had a great quick beach trip here with two families, including an infant, and our pets. The house was exactly what we needed: comfortable, spacious, and very well set up for a group. Everything about the stay was easy and enjoyable.
The highlight for us was the sunrise from the master bedroom. It was absolutely beautiful and probably the best part of the whole stay. Even though we were only there for a short time and did not get to use the grill or the pool, the property still felt completely worth it. The beach wagon was a very nice convenience m, as were the beach towels. We didn’t use the beach chairs and appreciated the heads up on bringing a beach umbrella.
The location was also great. We made the drive into Port St. Joe for dinner at White Marlin, which was a really nice restaurant and an easy add to the trip. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back.

Lovely home with all the needs to have one of our best vacations! Perfect location. Warm inground pool. Soft sand beach. Lots of family restaurants nearby. You will not be disappointed! Will return!

Great place! We wanted a family beach vacay and we got it. Couldn’t have brought 6 young kids to the beach more easily. The public beach access is right across the street and the beach wasn’t crowded. Such a great space to retreat to after a long day in the sun.

The house was wonderful. It was in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views of the ocean from the two deck spaces. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in while they weren’t at the beach. The beach was just a few steps away. Dan was an excellent host and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We just spent 4 nights in Cap San Blas and had such a great experience. We traveled with a big group, six kids ranging from 7 to 22 plus two dogs, and the house handled it effortlessly. Everyone had plenty of space, and there were more bathrooms than we even needed, which made a huge difference with a group our size.
The home itself was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made meals easy, especially with a large family.
One of our favorite features was the fenced pool area. It allowed our dogs to be outside with us without any stress, which is not always easy to find in rentals. The kids loved the bunk room, and there was no shortage of things to do. There were games, cards, puzzles, Roku with video games, and ping pong. It honestly saved us on a rainy day.

Another great stay at Dan’s place! We love The Sparrow’s Nest for family gatherings. It’s perfect! The beach is absolutely beautiful. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. The place is spotless. The floor plan is super…. Lots of room to be with family and lots of places to find a little quiet and peace. We sure do hope to be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! You can see the water from both porches and can also hear it!!! Great neighborhood. Quiet! And oh my... the pool is fabulous. Warm and toasty. The outside area is so inviting! So many amenities! You will not go wrong with this place!!! Our kids and grandkids loved it as well! Thanks Dan!!!
