Start outside. Two screened-in porches off the main living area are made for slow mornings and easy evenings, and the deck and gas grill are ready for dinner with the whole group. Rinse off at the outdoor shower, and keep the beach wagon by the door for the walk over. Inside, the first floor has a full kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig, open to the dining and living rooms so the cook is never left out of the conversation. The smart TV is ready for movie night, so bring your own streaming logins. A half bath sits near the front entry, and the washer and dryer are in the home, so sandy towels never pile up. The real star is the sleeping plan. All three king suites have their own full ensuite bathroom, which means privacy and personal space for every couple, and no waiting in line for a shower. The first-floor king is the step-free sleeping option. Upstairs, the second king suite has a bunk room right off the bedroom, and the third king opens onto a second floor balcony that catches the evening breeze. A loft bunk area gives the kids a hangout of their own. The bunk areas sleep 6 in all, and two of the bunks are full size, so older kids and teens have real room to spread out. Adults get a door to close at the end of the day, and kids sleep close to the action. Please note the other two kings and both bunk areas are upstairs, reached by stairs. The pool is a shared community amenity, so enjoy it when it is open, and count on the beach for everything else.

Dogs only, 2 maximum, each under 50 lbs. Pet fee is $50 per night and covers up to two dogs. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No events or parties. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Minimum age to book is 25.
